All defective products must first be by Wahms Shopping Center before a replacement is issued.
Unfortunately no cash refunds will be issued for a product that is defective.
Any repair time given by BASA is merely estimated and Wahms Shopping Center will not be bound by it.Should a product be defective within 48 Hours of purchase, it will be replaced immediately after being tested by our technical staff.
Should a product be defective after 48 Hours of purchase, a 5 to 14 working days is required before the items is repaired or replaced. Physical Damage on the product
Burn marks on the product
Missing the original labels
Items that have been marked, written on or tampered with in any other way.

Warranty on products are stated on the price-list - If you are not sure on a warranty of a product Contact Us to confirm.
Defective products will only be accepted in original packaging.
Defective products must be returned with a detailed fault report and the original invoice.
Wahms Shopping Center does not collect or do deliveries on warranty items.
Warranty is only applicable to the reseller and not transferable the end user client.
Warranty period is calculated from original date of purchase Warranty items WILL NOT be released without the original Wahms Shopping Center job card.
